Withdrawal Sense with Pratyahara Yoga

The pratyahara yoga is the withdrawal yourself from External source,
This word is the root of Sanskrit prati and ahara -
Prati means Away or Ahara means anything take into ourselves from outside. The pratyahara is withdrawal of senses so can we hear the sound of outer.

This includes withdrawal YOGA of faculties, or tactile contributions to our physical being, originating from our five detects, to be specific organs making a tangible over-burden, and henceforth blocks assortment of the brain, as in Dharana, the following phase of Yoga.


The pratyahara yoga is simply the vibe our internal sound. 
It is very important because Firstly it is necessary to know ourselves so, We can put this energy to create our life beautiful.
If you can Control over your body then it is done through various methods Including only concentration on the single point on the body

The two types of pratyahara- karma pratyahara, or the Mind(Mano) pratyahara.
This is the under 8 limbs of Yoga which is important to controlling on Mental, physical and spiritual strength.
