Brisbane yoga classes teaches you this devotion which is converted into spirituality which gives wisdom and enlightenment. Yoga is the formation of activities which we can daily practice in our work or through exercises to give readiness to our body and explore the world in a new and enlightened way.

Sankhya yoga is the understanding of nature through mathematics, science, medicine, reaching and understanding beyond the common world knows. Many combinations of other yoga such as Bhakti and Raja yoga which are other forms of yoga are used to form a new practice which is in Sankhya philosophy.
