Jnana yoga consists of three practices:-

1)Sravana

2)Manana

3)Nididhyāsana
  • Sravana:- It refers to preception and observations literally means hearing.
  • Manana:- Manana is referred to thinking on these discussions and contemplating the various idea based on Svadhyaya and Sravana.
  • Nididhyāsana:- Nididhyasana means meditation which means realization and consequent conviction of the truths.

These practices under the proper guidance lead to correct knowledge.
