Now When we talk about the Hata Yoga-

Hata Yoga is also under Eight Limbs of Yoga. We describe the word Hata as “Forceful” And “Willful”. Hata means Do yoga activity as Sun” Ha” and the Moon “ta” it aims to balance of Yoga.





It is for the keep our Mind, Spirit, Body in control and calm. If we can use this Yoga in our daily life then we observe that Our mind is filled with full of clams.
Hata Yoga is not slow or not a quick practice. It take your time getting up and out poses.in this, we stretch our body and holding For Some Time and fell it What is going on in our Body.
